Cliftons Estate Agents - Corporate ID and Brand Styling

Cliftons are a newly established Estate Agency that specialise in the Cliftons and Montpelier Road area of Brighton.

They came to dreamshock to ask us to help create a branding and corporate ID for the new company artwork and website and also once established to help build the online brochure showcase.

The initial brief was to have a Regency Theme to reflect the area, which is the attraction especially from areas such as London. After taking several shots of the area, the deep blues of the sky became the main focus for the branding, and were also reflected in the ideas for the website.

The area has specific recognisable features, such as the traditional lampposts and white houses that were a fundamental part to the design.
