Founded in 1845, Brighton College is a leading boarding and day school with over 1500 pupils.
The construction of the Academic Building, designed by Hopkins Architects, forms an integral part of a 10 year capital development programme to ensure the College remains a place of world-class academic excellence.
Consisting of four floors totalling 28,000 sq ft, the building's design is based on a similar building at Yale University, and includes 22 classrooms for various academic departments, experimental space, a locker room, toilet blocks, offices and breakout spaces for students and staff.
